Cost: $175 for Members / $300 for Guests. Substitutes for members are permitted up to the total number of memberships owned by a CBIT participating institution.

CBIT is pleased to announce that Anna M. Hoti, will present Wayfair: How will it impact state corporate income tax nexus? at our Fall Meeting on Thursday, September 6, 2018.
Anna is a managing director in the State and Local Tax practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She has over twenty years of experience in various areas of state tax consulting relating to state and local corporate income, franchise, sales/use, and gross receipts tax issues, including tax planning, corporate restructuring, audit defense, sales/use and gross receipts tax determinations, and due diligence review on corporate acquisitions. Responsibilities also include representing clients during state tax audits, large project management, tax return review, modeling of state tax implications of alternative structures/transactions, and review of state income tax accounting issues.
Schedule:
- Registration will begin at 9:00 AM
- A buffet breakfast will be served from 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM.
- Meeting: 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM
- Shotgun start at 12:00 PM.
- Golf will be followed by a two hour open bar, hors d'ouevres, and buffet dinner.
