2014 Annual Fall Meeting

Place: Fox Hollow Golf Club
Date: Wednesday, September 24, 2014
Cost: $75 for Members / $175 for Guests. Substitutes for members are permitted up to the total number of memberships owned by a CBIT participating institution.

Registration Open Date: Friday - August 15, 2014
Registration Cutoff Date: Thursday - September 18, 2014

Schedule:

• Check-in begins at 10:00 AM.
• Luncheon will be from 11:00 AM - 12 PM.
• Shotgun start at 12:00 PM.
• Golf will be followed by a Cocktail Reception beginning at 4:30 PM and Dinner will be from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM.
• The festivities will conclude with the awarding of prizes.

The form will allow for you to list the players you want to be matched up with (maximum of 4 players including yourself). Please be sure to confirm that the other player will be attending and they know they are playing with you.
